OPTIONS FOR PAYING YOUR RENT:

As a reminder, we DO NOT come collect rent(Just as the electric company does not collect your power bill, and the gas company wont come by to pick up a check either).  YOU are responsible for ensuring your rent is in our hands by the due date. Late fees WILL NOT be waived.  This also means you cannot call us for a rent pickup at 10pm on the rent due date and expect us not to charge a late fee.  Please make sure your rent is in BEFORE the due date.  YOU DO NOT have to wait until the due date, feel free to pay early as many months in advance as you like.  Remember: LATE FEES ARE APPLIED FIRST: Example:

Remember, rent is a joint account regardless of who pays.  Your rent is $500.00.  Roommate A is responsible and pays $250 well in advance.  Roommate B pays $250 after their account has been charged $25 in late fees, but DID NOT pay the late fee.  When that payment arrives, $25 is applied to late fees, and $225 is applied to rent.  RENT IS STILL $25 past due, THEREFORE LATE CHARGES CONTINUE TO ACCUMULATE.  No, we will NOT call you and tell you about the late charges.  Rent is always due by the first, no exceptions. 

PAY VIA Credit Card OR EFT (UPDATED 9/2016): ?Log in to your tenant account on concordwv.com.  Once logged in, you will see the payment options.  You can pay immediately with EFT or debit/credit.  Our payment processor charges a small fee (around $1) for EFT and small percent for credit card (we do not get this fee or any portion of it, it is the convenience fee charged for us to accept these forms of payment). 

PAY BY CHECK or MONEY ORDER Make check or money order payable to: PRIME CAPITAL PROPERTIES only. FYI: When you make out a check, YOU DO NOT sign the BACK.  If you need assistance writing a paper check, please google instructions or watch a youtube video.  You only make out the front side, again DO NOT ENDORSE the back on a check or money order.  Money orders may be purchased at most major retailers or the Post Office, keep your receipt.  Mail to PO Box 5071, Princeton WV 24740.  You may also drop off your check at Aluity Insurance, 213 S Walker St Unit 2, Princeton WV (you will see a small red sign along S. Walker St that says South Walker Plaza, turn in there and come around back to the rear parking lot, Aluity Insurance is in the middle of the long brick building perpendicular to the road.  You may slide your payment through the door if we are not there.  Your MAILED payment is credited the DAY WE RECEIVE - NOT the day you drop it in the mail..  Of course we are not responsible for lost, misdirected, late, slow or any other problems with the mail.
